Central Scope of Writing Outsourcing PQR Care - BackOffice Operations Center
- General operation of the writing center for analysis, attention and projection of answers on PQR presented by users of the provider.
- General operation of the legal group for attention to requirements and resolutions issued by the Superintendence of Public Home Services under notification grounds – Administrative Sanctioning Process (Sheet of charges, conclusion allegations and sanctioning resolution).
- Presentation of reports on the work contracted.
- Submission of special reports at the request of the provider and/or its auditors or tax reviewers, with respect to the investment budget required for the particular project concerning the object of this proposal.
- Presentation and analysis of the results of the internal audit of the contracted processes and the action plan for the improvement of the service.
- To participate in special work tables, called by the initiative of the provider, when an urgent situation requires the opinion of the Firm.
