- Legal advice on obtaining concessions, as well as environmental and sanitary permits.
- Advise to public utilities on investigations conducted by the Superintendence of Industry and Trade for restrictive trade practices.
- Preparing service provision agreements (standard conditions).
- Preparing the subsidies and contributions transfer agreement with the relevant authority.
- Reviewing and updating the procurement manual in accordance with local regulations, particularly the regulated mechanisms that encourage competitive bidding.
- Preparing cleaning and sweeping agreements of streets and public areas with other service providers.
